• Job Type: Full-time in a micro-artisan bakery
• Pay: €16 per hour. This is an opportunity to work in a small bakery and team that is striving for excellence.
• Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

About the Candidate

• Significant experience in bakery producing laminated pastries and sourdough bread is essential
• Passion for creating high quality pastries
• Significant experience working with a bakery team producing a high volume of fresh items on a daily basis
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spoken, written and comprehension)
• Able to work flexible shift patterns across a 7-day operational business
• Previous experience working in new businesses/start-ups is a plus
• Previous experience working in a high volume bakery essential

About the Role

• Required to weekends and some holidays
• Physical role, required to lift 16kgs
• New venture – comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment required
