- Job Type: Full-time in a micro-artisan bakery

About the Candidate
- Significant experience in bakery producing laminated pastries and sourdough bread is essential
- Passion for creating high quality pastries
- Significant experience working with a bakery team producing a high volume of fresh items on a daily basis
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spoken, written and comprehension)
- Able to work flexible shift patterns across a 7-day operational business
- Previous experience working in new businesses/start-ups is a plus
- Previous experience working in a high volume bakery essential
About the Role
- Required to weekends and some holidays
- Physical role, required to lift 16kgs
- New venture – comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment required
